About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can combine strong creative thinking with excellent design execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a business requirement, develop creative concepts, and deliver high-quality designs for digital marketing, branding, social media, presentations, campaigns, and business communications.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Business Development, and Management teams to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also support business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, carousels, reels covers, campaign creatives, banners, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations.
- Create visual concepts aligned with different brands, industries, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Work with content writers and marketing teams to convert ideas, concepts, and copy into effective visual communication.
- Develop creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Design branding and corporate communication materials including company profiles, proposals, pitch decks, brochures, and business presentations.
- Support video and motion-graphics requirements with suitable visual assets when required.




- Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Understand design briefs and independently take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, layouts, and visual communication styles.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, assets, and brand resources.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong presentation and branding design skills.
- Ability to create original concepts rather than relying only on templates.
- Good understanding of different digital content formats and dimensions.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Figma.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro or other motion/video tools.




- Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design and creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Experience working with multiple brands or marketing agencies is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, social media, and campaign design work.
