Minimum 2 years of Relevant experience

* Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

* Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.

* Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.

* Monitor daily cash and bank transactions.

* Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.

* Manage supplier payments and maintain vendor accounts.

* Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

* Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

* Assist with GST/VAT returns and other statutory requirements.

* Prepare financial reports and support management with accounting information.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.

* Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

* Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
