Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and self-driven Part-Time Field Marketing Executive to expand Belle & Homme's reach by developing business relationships with hospitals, dermatology clinics, oncology centres, hair-treatment clinics, and other relevant institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential partners, introducing our hair solutions, generating customer enquiries and referrals, and developing business opportunities through field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, dermatology clinics, oncology centres, and other relevant healthcare institutions to introduce Belle & Homme products.
- Meet hospital administrators, dermatologists, oncologists, clinic owners, and other relevant decision-makers to explore business opportunities.
- Promote hair wigs, hair toppers, seamless hair patches, hair extensions, and related products.
- Develop referral networks and institutional partnerships to generate potential customer enquiries.




- Explain product features, available options, and consultation services to prospective partners.
- Identify opportunities for product displays, promotional activities, and business tie-ups.
- Conduct regular field visits across Chennai and other assigned locations as required.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries and coordinate with the company's sales team to facilitate customer consultations.
- Maintain a record of hospital visits, contacts, leads, follow-ups, and business conversions.
- Build long-term professional relationships with potential business partners.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or business development.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, medical product sales, or institutional sales.
- Candidates with existing contacts in hospitals, dermatology clinics, oncology centres, or healthcare institutions will have a solid advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and independently conduct field visits.
- Ability to generate leads, develop partnerships, and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
