Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Achieve sales targets and business growth goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
