Job Summary

We are hiring experienced sales professionals for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Ahmedabad. Candidates should have strong customer-handling skills, lead generation experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP.
- Build relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
- Follow up on applications until loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, LAP, or related loan sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and disbursement processes.
- Willingness to undertake field visits, if required.
