About Flying Pixels

Flying Pixels is a drone light show company specializing in spectacular, technology-driven aerial performances for government events, festivals, corporate celebrations, cultural programs, and private occasions.

We are looking for a energetic, well-connected, and result-oriented Marketing Head who can identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and secure drone light show bookings across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and approach government departments, semi-government organizations, PSUs, event management companies, corporate clients, and private event organizers.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively pitch and propose drone light shows for upcoming festivals, government celebrations, corporate events, weddings, product launches, and other occasions.
- Government Liaisoning: Build relationships with government officials, departments, tourism boards, municipal corporations, and other relevant authorities to explore event opportunities.
- Tender Opportunities: Identify relevant government tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities, and coordinate proposal submissions.
- Event Industry Networking: Develop partnerships with event management agencies, wedding planners, production houses, and event organizers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present proposals, follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and close bookings.
- Show Coordination: Act as the client relationship point of contact and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed shows.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, upcoming events, and potential clients to generate a consistent pipeline of business.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in event management, event marketing, business development, government supply/tendering, or government liaisoning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to independently identify leads, approach decision-makers, and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders, or the event management industry will be an advantage.
- Existing contacts with government departments, event agencies, or corporate event organizers will be highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with flexible working arrangements.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or events whenever required.
