About Loan2grow

Loan2grow is an NBFC fintech focused on expanding access to responsible financing and financial services for underserved and working populations. Through products such as Earnplus, we aim to make financing and financial well-being solutions more accessible to gig workers, salaried employees, contractual workers and other underserved segments.

We are expanding our B2B distribution and institutional financing business by partnering with platforms, staffing companies, MSMEs and corporates.

Role purpose

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to build and grow Loan2grow’s B2B business across two channels:

- Platform and employer partnerships: Enable platforms, MSMEs and corporates to provide suitable financing and financial products to their workers and employees.
- Direct institutional financing: Develop financing opportunities with eligible MSMEs and corporates seeking funding for their businesses.

The person will own the business development cycle end-to-end, from prospect identification and relationship building to commercial negotiations, agreement closure, onboarding and portfolio activation.

This is a hands-on, revenue-oriented role for someone who can open doors, build a strong pipeline, close partnerships and translate signed agreements into actual business.

Key responsibilities1. B2B sales and partnership development

- Identify and acquire platform, staffing, MSME and corporate partners across priority sectors.
- Build relationships with founders, promoters, business heads, CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, finance heads and other decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a structured sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures.
- Position Loan2grow’s financing and financial services in terms of business value, workforce needs and partner economics.
- Develop partnerships with organisations employing or engaging large numbers of gig, blue-collar, contractual and salaried workers.

2. Employee and workforce financing partnerships

- Identify employers and platforms where employees or workers could benefit from appropriate financing and financial products.
- Work with partner HR, payroll and operations teams to design practical onboarding and employee communication processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess payroll-linked repayment, authorised deduction mechanisms and other permitted repayment arrangements.
- Drive employee awareness, eligible-user onboarding, activation, repeat usage and partner engagement.
- Monitor partner performance and develop plans to improve adoption and portfolio quality.

3. Direct institutional financing

- Identify eligible MSMEs and corporates with potential financing requirements.
- Build relationships with business owners, promoters, CFOs and finance teams.
- Understand the institution’s business model, financing purpose, cash flows, repayment capacity and funding requirements.
- Coordinate collection of business, financial, banking,

ownership and other documents required for credit assessment.
- Work closely with Loan2grow’s credit, risk, compliance and operations teams to progress proposals through the assessment and sanction process.
- Manage borrower communication, commercial discussions and post-disbursement relationship development.

Credit approvals and sanctions will remain subject to Loan2grow’s authorised credit and risk processes.

4. Commercial negotiations and execution

- Prepare partnership proposals, business cases and commercial models.
- Negotiate pricing, revenue-sharing arrangements, service expectations and operating workflows within approved company policies.
- Coordinate agreements, implementation plans, integrations and partner onboarding.
- Ensure that signed agreements translate into operational partnerships and measurable business outcomes.

5. Pipeline management and reporting

- Maintain an accurate CRM or sales tracker covering prospects, opportunity value, stage, next action and expected closure.
- Develop monthly and quarterly business plans and sales forecasts.
- Track conversions from leads to meetings, proposals, signed agreements, activated partners and financing disbursements.
- Report pipeline risks, market feedback, competitor activity and product or process improvements to senior management.

Key performance indicators

Performance will be evaluated on business outcomes, not merely meetings or signed MoUs.

- Qualified B2B pipeline generated and maintained.
- New partnerships and institutional financing relationships acquired.
- Conversion rate from qualified leads to signed agreements and funded accounts.
- Value and volume of financing originated and disbursed, measured separately for employee financing and institutional financing.
- Number of partners activated and eligible users onboarded.
- Utilisation and transaction activity across activated partnerships.
- Portfolio quality and repayment performance of originated business, in coordination with the credit and risk teams.
- Partner retention, repeat business and revenue contribution.
- Accuracy of pipeline reporting and timely execution of agreed milestones.

Specific targets will be established with management based on the approved business plan, product economics and the initial market-development period.

Desired candidate profile

- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, fintech, lending, financial services, HR-tech, workforce solutions or MSME banking.
- Demonstrated experience in acquiring clients, negotiating commercial agreements and closing revenue-generating business.
- Existing relationships with platforms, staffing firms, MSMEs, corporates or employer networks will be an advantage.
- Understanding of lending, employee financial services, payroll processes or business financing is desirable.
- Ability to understand business models,

assess commercial opportunities and coordinate with credit and risk teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Comfort with sales targets, pipeline reporting, field meetings and regular follow-ups.
- High ownership, accountability, execution discipline and willingness to build a business from the ground up.

What success looks like

Within the first 90 days, the person should have developed a prioritised target-account list, established a qualified pipeline, initiated substantive discussions with potential partners and borrowers, and progressed suitable opportunities towards closure.

Over time, success will mean building a repeatable B2B acquisition engine that generates active partnerships, sustainable financing volumes and positive-quality business.

Why join Loan2grow?

- Build a growing B2B financing and financial-services business.
- Work directly with senior management on business development and market expansion.
- Develop partnerships across platforms, employers and the MSME ecosystem.
- Take end-to-end ownership of commercial outcomes and contribute directly to business growth.
