Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our Marketing & Communications team at Cadabams Group. The ideal candidate should have expertise in video shooting, camera handling, lighting, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging video content for digital platforms, promotional campaigns, corporate communications, and mental health awareness initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to produce high-quality videos that align with the organization's brand identity and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and organizational requirements.
- Capture interviews, expert discussions, testimonials, events, workshops, and mental health awareness programmes.
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production tools.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and video shoot plans.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, audio quality, and visual consistency during shoots.
- Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors,



and other professionals to create educational and awareness-based video content.
- Capture corporate events, internal activities, promotional campaigns, and service-related content across different Cadabams locations, as required.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media assets.
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure smooth post-production and timely delivery of content.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain professional standards across all video projects.
- Obtain appropriate consent before recording patients, clients, or other individuals, and strictly maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Stay updated on current video production techniques, social media trends, and creative storytelling formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Videography, Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in videography, video production, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, framing, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
- Understanding of video formats and content requirements for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to different organizational locations for shoots, whenever required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in corporate videography, healthcare, wellness, education, or digital marketing.
- Experience producing interviews, reels, promotional videos, educational videos, and event coverage.
- Knowledge of basic photography and post-production workflows.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.
