Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Fireman with 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for fire prevention, emergency response, fire safety equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with plant safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor fire safety arrangements and ensure fire prevention measures are followed throughout the manufacturing plant.
- Respond promptly to fire incidents, emergencies, and other hazardous situations.
- Operate and maintain fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and other firefighting equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and emergency exits.
- Participate in fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and rescue operations.
- Identify fire hazards and report unsafe conditions to the concerned department.
- Ensure fire safety equipment is accessible, functional, and ready for emergency use.
- Assist in implementing emergency response plans and plant safety procedures.
- Maintain records of fire equipment inspections, fire drills, and safety observations.
- Coordinate with the EHS / Safety Department to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications





- Fire & Safety Certificate / Diploma in Fire & Safety or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of firefighting equipment and emergency response procedures.
- Knowledge of industrial fire hazards and fire prevention measures.
- Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing industries such as chemicals, engineering, pharmaceuticals, plastics, textiles, or other industrial plants will be preferred.

Important Requirement: Manufacturing plant experience is essential. Candidates with only residential, commercial, or building security experience may not be suitable.

Work Location: Ankleshwar ( Gujarat)
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
