We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide online occupational therapy to children with developmental delays, sensory needs, and other challenges.
- Extensively work with autistic children, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals.
- Create individualized therapy plans, set measurable goals, and track progress.
- Equip parents/caregivers with practical strategies to support therapy at home.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience working with autistic children and other neurodiverse populations.
- Strong background in delivering therapy online (teletherapy experience essential).




- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Empathy, patience, and creativity in therapy delivery.
