Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Provide timely, accurate and professional resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective verbal communication.




- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions as per process guidelines.

Eligibility

- Candidates must be graduates or undergraduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches.
- Valuable verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates Not Eligible

Candidates holding qualifications such as B.Tech./B.E., M.Tech., Diploma, Pharmacy (Pharma), LLB or LLM are not eligible for this position.
