JOB DESCRIPTION –CIVIL ENGINEER

Location: Bijapur, Karnataka
Experience: 5–7 years (Mandatory)
CTC: ₹35,000–₹75,000 per month
Project Duration: 3–6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction and commissioning-related activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project plans, technical specifications, and procedures.
- Inspect civil works, including foundations, equipment pedestals, concrete structures, grouting, and associated activities.
- Verify site execution against approved drawings, dimensions, levels, and quality requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, work progress, and adherence to project schedules.
- Identify deviations from approved drawings and specifications and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and commissioning.
- Monitor quality inspections, concrete works, and other applicable testing activities.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, punch lists, and completion documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in civil construction, execution, commissioning support, and/or maintenance is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of foundations, concrete structures, equipment grouting, and industrial civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, and construction specifications.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with multiple disciplines.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, including the ability to communicate effectively with project teams.

Compensation & Employment Terms

- Travel and accommodation will be provided by the company or reimbursed as per mutually agreed terms.
- Shift-based deployment may be required, depending on project requirements.
- The engagement is project-based for approximately 3–6 months, subject to project completion. Continuation beyond this period is not guaranteed and will depend on business requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
