Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during clinical procedures, administering medications, monitoring patients, and maintaining accurate nursing records.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor clinical interventions.
- Maintain proper patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection-control and hygiene practices.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and clinical areas.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, treatment, and basic healthcare instructions.




- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow clinical protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, pharmacists, reception staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.

Required Qualifications

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and clinical procedures.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
