About the Role

Viceroy Luxury Hotels & Resorts is looking for a passionate, creative, and talented Content Creator who can transform exceptional hospitality experiences into compelling digital content. We seek someone with a strong creative vision, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to produce premium-quality videos and engaging content that reflect the luxury, beauty, and unique experiences of our resorts.

The ideal candidate must be confident in creating original content, capturing visually stunning moments, developing creative concepts, and building an active, engaging online community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality, visually appealing videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content showcasing resort interiors, rooms, dining experiences, scenic surroundings, spa facilities, guest experiences, activities, and luxury hospitality.
- Develop creative ideas, storytelling concepts, video scripts, and content strategies that align with the brand's premium positioning.
- Manage day-to-day content creation and maintain an active, consistent presence across social media platforms.
- Engage with the online audience through comments, messages, interactive stories, and other relevant engagement activities.
- Identify emerging social media trends, trending audio, creative formats, and viral content opportunities relevant to luxury travel and hospitality.




- Capture professional-quality footage using suitable cameras, smartphones, lighting, stabilisation equipment, and other tools as required.
- Edit videos with excellent transitions, colour grading, sound design, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan campaigns, promotional content, seasonal offers, and special resort experiences.
- Monitor content performance, audience engagement, reach, and views to improve future content.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of planned content.
- Uphold the brand's luxury image through refined visuals, professional presentation, and consistent content quality.

Skills & Qualifications

- A genuine passion for content creation, videography, visual storytelling, and social media.
- Demonstrable talent in shooting and editing professional-quality videos and reels.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, and current social media trends.
- Proficiency in video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- A strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, colour grading, music selection,



and storytelling.
- Ability to develop fresh, original ideas rather than simply replicate existing trends.
- Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, time management, and execution.
- Confidence in appearing on camera or directing people for content, where required.
- A portfolio or previous work demonstrating creativity and technical ability is preferred.

Mandatory Practical Assessment

Candidates must demonstrate their talent by creating and submitting a sample video.

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to create a high-quality, engaging video that demonstrates their creativity, shooting skills, editing ability, storytelling, and understanding of premium hospitality branding.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate what they can create, not just describe their skills.
