- Installation & Setup: Install and commission panel cooler units at customer sites.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose refrigeration cycles, compressor faults, electrical wiring errors, and gas leaks.
- Field Support: Assist customer technical teams and guide them on basic operational checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in industrial AC, RAC, or electrical panel cooler servicing.
- Language Skill: Must know Hindi fluently.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel.
- Technical Knowledge: Gas charging, compressor testing, megger testing, and fault checks.
