We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Dispatch & Loading supervisor to manage daily dispatch activities, material loading and unloading, packing, stock arrangement, and dispatch manpower coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and assist in loading and unloading materials onto trucks and production machines.
- Monitor loading activities to ensure the correct quantity and type of materials are dispatched.
- Pack finished products properly and prepare them for shipment.
- Arrange, shift, and organize stock and materials in the designated areas.
- Maintain accurate daily dispatch records and update dispatch details on time.
- Allocate and manage dispatch manpower according to daily order requirements.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and other departments for timely dispatch.
- Ensure dispatch activities are completed as per order schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the working area.
- Follow company procedures for material handling and workplace safety.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Education

10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred. Relevant experience may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
