Role Overview

As a Digital Sales Executive, you will call potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, and convert leads into paying customers. This is a great role for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision makers
- Pitch ClickMedia's services (social media management, ads, SEO, websites, video promos)
- Understand the client's business needs and suggest the right package
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Schedule meetings or demo calls for the senior team
- Close deals and meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead records and daily call reports in CRM or Excel
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business

Requirements





- Graduate in any stream (12th pass with good communication can also apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone voice
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred, but training will be provided
- Comfortable with target-based work and handling rejection
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in tele-calling, telesales, or digital marketing sales
- Positive negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined

Working Hours

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Fryday
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
