We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Helper/Welder. In this role, you will assist welders with various tasks while learning and developing your welding skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities:*

- Assist welders in setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment and tools.

- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and positioning them as required.

- Hold or clamp workpieces in position for welding or bolting.

- Perform basic welding tasks under the guidance of experienced welders.

- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
