We are looking for a skilled and responsible *AC Technician* to handle the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of *split AC systems and HVAC systems* at our facility.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of air-conditioning systems and be capable of independently carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Operation and maintenance of *split AC units and HVAC systems*.

* Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of AC/HVAC equipment.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot AC-related electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.

* Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, motors, thermostats, sensors, and control systems.

* Perform cleaning of filters, coils, drain lines, and other AC components.

* Check refrigerant pressure and identify refrigerant leakage.

* Attend breakdown calls and restore equipment operation promptly.

* Monitor AC performance and report abnormalities or potential failures.

* Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.

* Coordinate with facility/client representatives regarding maintenance requirements.

* Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the work area.

* Carry out any other AC/HVAC maintenance activities assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Knowledge

* Good practical knowledge of *Split AC operation and maintenance*.





* Knowledge of *HVAC systems and basic troubleshooting*.

* Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control wiring, motors, compressors, and relays.

* Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and refrigerant charging/recovery.

* Ability to use basic electrical and HVAC service tools.

* Ability to identify faults and carry out necessary corrective actions.

* Good safety awareness and disciplined work practices.

Qualification & Experience

* ITI / Diploma in *Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)*, HVAC, Electrical, or equivalent.

* *2–5 years of relevant experience* in AC/HVAC operation and maintenance preferred.

* Candidates with hands-on experience in facility/building maintenance will be preferred.

Other Requirements

* Ability to work independently and responsibly.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

* Willingness to attend emergency/breakdown requirements when necessary.

* Local candidates from *Thiruvananthapuram* or nearby areas are preferred.

*Work Location:* PMG, Thiruvananthapuram

*Duty Timing:* 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

*Working Days:* Monday – Saturday
