About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support accounting and compliance requirements. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Coordinate with departments for purchase orders, expense claims, and stock entries
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliances (with support from CA)
- Support audits, documentation, and financial reporting
- Use accounting software (Zoho Books preferred) for all transactions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Zoho Books is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
