Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Artist Manager – Artist Management & Sales to handle artist bookings, client enquiries, sales follow-ups, and show coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a client-focused approach, and an interest in the entertainment and live events industry. The role involves converting enquiries into confirmed artist bookings while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, artists, and event teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries for artists, singers, live bands, DJs, celebrity performers, and other entertainment talent.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for artist bookings.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other professional channels.
- Understand event requirements, budgets, dates, venues, and artist preferences.
- Share artist profiles, performance videos, availability, and quotations with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate booking confirmations and advances.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with artists and their management teams regarding show dates, availability, fees, and technical requirements.




- Manage artist-related logistics, including travel, accommodation, arrival timings, hospitality, sound checks, and rehearsals.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and internal departments before and during events.
- Maintain updated artist databases, lead trackers, booking records, and sales reports.
- Ensure timely communication and professional relationship management with clients and artist representatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in artist management, artist bookings, entertainment sales, talent management, or event management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in artist bookings and sales may also be considered.
- Valuable command of spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and maintain organised records.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, artist managers, agencies, and vendors.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during live events when required.
