1. Visa Counseling & Client Management (60%)

- Client Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to prospective clients/students regarding study, tourist, work, and immigration visa.
- Documentation & Application Management: Assist clients in preparing required documentation, filing applications, SOP (Statement of Purpose) creation, and scheduling embassy appointments.
- Query Resolution: Answer client inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via digital channels with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Follow-ups & Sales Conversion: Maintain regular contact with leads, track application statuses, and achieve monthly enrollment/conversion targets.
- Policy Updates: Stay updated on changing immigration rules, visa policies, and university admission requirements.

2. Brand Modeling & Advertisement (40%)

- Camera Representation: Act as the primary face/model for the company’s digital and print media advertisements (social media reels, YouTube videos, posters, flyers, billboards).
- Content Creation: Record video testimonials, promotional videos, live Q&A; sessions, and educational content explaining visa processes and success stories.
- Brand Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative video scripts, trend-based social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Event Participation: Represent the brand at education fairs, seminars, promotional events, and client success celebration shoots.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality,



or Business Administration is a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience as a Visa Counselor, Educational Consultant, or Front-Office Executive is preferred. Experience in modeling, acting, anchor work, or content creation is highly desirable.
- Camera-Facing Skills: Excellent camera presence, confident posture, well-groomed appearance, and screen confidence.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and local languages with persuasive communication and public speaking skills.
- Product Knowledge: Basic to advanced understanding of visa rules and application procedures for major countries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, friendly, and client-centric attitude with strong organizational abilities.
