Job description:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in field service engineering with a focus on solar power systems and commercial or industrial-scale solar projects.
- Strong expertise in solar system installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, test equipment, and system diagnostics.
- Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in customer relationship management, technical support, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
- Experience with large-scale solar power installations and renewable energy projects.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards, quality processes, and performance optimization practices.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
