Salary Budget: 20000 to 30000 Per month

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing setup. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Wave Soldering Machines, THR (Through-Hole Reflow) technology, SMD components, and electronic components. The candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, supporting PCB assembly processes, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor Wave Soldering Machines used in PCB assembly.

· Work with THR (Through-Hole Reflow) components and understand the THR assembly process.

· Identify and handle SMD (Surface-Mount Device) and through-hole electronic components.

· Identify common electrical and electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, connectors, and ICs.

· Perform PCB assembly, component loading, soldering, and related production activities as per work instructions.

· Monitor soldering quality and identify defects such as solder bridges, insufficient soldering, and improper joints.



Perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies and report quality issues to the supervisor or Quality team.

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), process parameters, and safety guidelines.

· Ensure proper handling of PCBs and electronic components to prevent damage.

· Maintain production records, output reports, and rejection or rework details.

· Support troubleshooting of basic machine and process-related issues.

· Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.

· Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Candidate Profile

· 3–4 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly environment.

· Hands-on experience with Wave Soldering Machines is preferred.

· Experience working with SMD and THR components in production is required.

· Understanding of PCB assembly and soldering processes.

· Ability to identify common soldering defects and perform basic visual inspection.

· Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.

· Valuable attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
