Job Title: Staff Nurse – ANM
Department: Nursing – IP / OP / Dressing

Qualification: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
Experience: Above 2 year Experienced Candidates

1. Job Summary

The Staff Nurse (ANM) is responsible for providing patient care, performing wound dressing, assisting doctors, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining nursing records, and supporting daily clinical activities in the hospital.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide basic nursing care to IP and OP patients.
- Perform wound dressing and dressing changes as per doctors’ instructions and hospital protocols.
- Assist with diabetic foot ulcer dressing and wound care within the authorized scope of practice.
- Observe wounds for infection, swelling, discharge, or other changes and report them to the treating doctor.
- Check and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare dressing materials, instruments, and equipment before procedures.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and follow infection control procedures.
- Ensure proper disposal of used dressing materials according to biomedical waste management guidelines.




- Maintain patient files, nursing notes, and dressing records accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and dressing precautions as instructed by the treating team.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dressing room.
- Report any changes in the patient's condition immediately to the doctor or Nursing In-charge.
- Follow hospital SOPs, attendance rules, duty schedules, and shift handover procedures.

3. Required Skills

- Basic nursing and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of wound dressing and infection control.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Responsible, punctual, and patient-focused attitude.

4. Documents Required

- Updated resume.
- ANM qualification certificate and mark sheets.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
- Identity proof.
- Previous experience certificate, if applicable.

5. General Requirements

- Follow all hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Perform duties within the authorized scope of practice and training.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified conduct at all times.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
