About Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify, design, build, and deploy technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role bridges customer needs and engineering execution by translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with customer-facing consulting capabilities and hands-on experience across cloud, AI, enterprise applications, APIs, and contemporary software platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Partner directly with customers to understand business challenges, operational requirements, and desired business outcomes.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and use case identification activities.
- Prioritize opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, and return on investment.
- Design, build, and deploy proof-of-concepts, prototypes,



and production-grade solutions.
- Develop scalable applications, APIs, and microservices using modern engineering practices.
- Build and integrate solutions across AI/ML platforms, Generative AI solutions, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data platforms, and API ecosystems.
- Design and implement reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution components.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define solution architectures and implementation approaches.
- Integrate enterprise systems and third-party platforms through APIs and service integrations.
- Drive deployment, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and customer presentations.
- Support customer onboarding, user adoption, and solution enablement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, privacy, and operational best practices.
- Participate in Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, technical reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical recommendations and guidance throughout project execution.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5-8 years of software engineering, solution engineering, or customer-facing technology consulting experience.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building modern applications using REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable application design, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with enterprise system integration and API-driven solution development.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing proof-of-concepts and production-ready applications.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.




- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and data integration patterns.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, AI Agents, and enterprise AI deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience conducting customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Telecom is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
