We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and well-organized Hostel Warden to manage hostel operations and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hostel administration or student management is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage students and maintain discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the hostel.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and compliance with hostel rules.
- Maintain student attendance, leave registers, and entry/exit records.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Coordinate with college management, parents, and hostel staff when required.
- Handle student concerns and report serious issues to the management.
- Monitor student movements and ensure proper permission for outings and leave.
- Maintain hostel records and submit regular reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to hostel timings, security procedures, and institutional policies.
