Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Infrastructure Manager to oversee passive telecom infrastructure operations across assigned field clusters. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining network uptime, managing field teams, ensuring preventive maintenance, resolving equipment faults, and monitoring site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage field technicians, site engineers, and back-office teams.

- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities at telecom tower sites.

- Ensure timely resolution of equipment faults and critical alarms within defined TAT/SLA.

- Oversee passive telecom equipment, including DG sets, battery banks, SMPS, power systems, and AC units.

- Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and quality audits.

- Ensure infrastructure rectification, safety compliance,



and operational standards.

- Manage spare parts inventory, store dispatches, and material consumption.

- Maintain operational records, maintenance reports, and compliance documentation.

- Monitor team performance and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in telecom passive infrastructure operations.

- Hands-on knowledge of telecom tower sites, DG sets, battery banks, SMPS, and power systems.

- Experience in field operations and team management.

- Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure timely fault resolution.
