Job Description

SREEMR HOMES is looking for motivated, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Representatives to join our real estate team in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, promoting residential properties, arranging site visits, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust interest in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
- Promote residential properties, including luxury apartments, villas, and independent houses.
- Share property details, brochures, videos, and pricing information with prospective buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain property features, amenities, locations, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Negotiate with clients professionally and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain customer information, lead records,



and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining property details.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build customer relationships and work effectively in a team.

Eligibility & Experience

- Experienced candidates can apply. (2-5 Years of Experience)
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong interest in sales and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
