We are specializing in both online and offline advertising. We provide a full range of marketing services, including social media marketing, print and radio ads, and web and app development etc. Our clientele spans across the fashion, Hospitality, beauty, and FMCG sectors etc, and we pride ourselves on our creative and innovative approach to growing businesses through our quality work.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies for clients and the company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, content planning, and execution skills, along with the ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning





- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Identify growth opportunities and trending content ideas.

2. Account Management

- Manage and oversee all client and company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interactions.

3. Client Coordination

- Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on performance.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on data analysis.

5. Team Collaboration

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for timely deliverables.
- Ensure posting schedules are followed strictly.
- Maintain workflow discipline and accountability.

6. Paid Campaign Knowledge

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and campaign boosting strategies.
- Assist in campaign planning and performance review.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Knowledge of content planning, social media analytics, and trends.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
