Job Description
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Expert to join our Digital Marketing team in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and the latest digital trends.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts for the company and its clients, developing engaging content strategies, and improving overall social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media accounts for the company and its clients.
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain content calendars for different social media platforms.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and relevant hashtags.
- Stay updated with trending topics, viral content, and the latest social media features.
- Monitor page growth, reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop engaging creatives and videos.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new content ideas and growth opportunities.




- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and organic reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their latest features.
- Knowledge of social media trends, reels, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Strong content planning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and basic content-writing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing will be preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge, creativity, and a good understanding of social media platforms are also welcome to apply.
