Job Description

ISTORE DIGITAL is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills and the ability to ensure accurate financial records and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.

* Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.

* Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

* Monitor expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance.

* Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.

* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.

* Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.





* Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and control costs.

* Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

* 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with managerial experience.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

* Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.
