About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, build lasting relationships, and provide personalized assistance to customers visiting our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Explain jewellery savings schemes, including their benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery schemes based on their preferences and budget.
- Follow up on scheme enrolments, payments, customer enquiries, and upcoming visits.
- Address customer concerns patiently and ensure a positive showroom experience.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM records.




- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements

- Pleasant personality with a friendly attitude and a customer-first approach.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Tamil is mandatory; English and Malayalam are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in CRM, jewellery showrooms, retail stores, or malls are preferred.
- Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
- An updated resume is compulsory.
