Job Description

Global HR Management Company is recruiting an HVAC Technician for a construction company project in Oman. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems at construction sites.

Candidates with an ITI or Diploma qualification and basic knowledge of HVAC systems are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Install air conditioning units and HVAC systems according to project requirements.
- Perform routine servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Assist with the installation of ducting, refrigerant piping, drainage lines, and related components.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Check system performance and ensure proper operation after installation or maintenance.
- Follow technical instructions, site procedures, and applicable safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned work efficiently.





Eligibility Requirements

- ITI or Diploma qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites in Oman.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a technical team.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: OMR 130–145, subject to interview and employer assessment.
- Working Hours: 9 hours of duty + 1 additional hour, subject to site schedule and applicable regulations.
