Job Title: Account Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accounting records and daily bookkeeping entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
- Assist in monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
- Support auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Handle import-related accounting documentation (preferred).

Requirements





- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Accounts.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Manufacturing, Automation, Trading, or Import-Export Industry.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
