Novatra Industries LLP is a Thane-based technology company. We build Clarix AI (AI tools for legal professionals) and Novatra AI Audit (AI readiness and compliance), and we help businesses automate purchase orders and build custom software. You will work directly with the founder on real growth work, not practice tasks.

Track 1: Sales & Business Development (4 openings)

- Research and identify potential customers and build lead lists
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Follow up on leads and keep clear records in a tracker
- Run demos and move leads through the pipeline
- Share a weekly report on outreach, replies, and demos

Track 2: Marketing & Content (5 openings)

- Create social media posts, Reels, and short-form content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Write blogs, case studies, and website content
- Support campaigns, SEO, and lead generation
- Track what performs well and improve it
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels

What we are looking for

- Proactive and self-driven, and comfortable working without constant supervision
- Good written and spoken communication
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT,



Claude, or Gemini
- Willing to learn quickly and take ownership of results
- Prior sales, marketing, or content experience is a plus, but mindset matters more than your resume

Pay and rewards
This is a performance-based internship. There is no guaranteed fixed stipend. Incentives are linked to measurable results: [qualified leads and demos booked for Sales / content performance and leads generated for Marketing]. High performers can also receive a certificate, a recommendation letter, increased responsibility, and an opportunity for long-term association.

- Remote, about 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday
- First 1 Month are an evaluation period

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
