About the job

We’re a textile and home décor export house, and things move fast here. Buyers email at odd hours, samples need chasing, and the leadership team’s calendar is never quiet. We need a Junior EA who can keep the day running smoothly for them.

What you’ll do

- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel bookings for the leadership team
- Draft and send emails, and keep follow-ups from slipping
- Keep files, documents, and records organized (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, accounts etc.
- Take meeting notes and chase action points until they’re closed
- Handle calls, visitors, and courier or document movement
- Help prepare simple reports and MIS in Excel or Google Sheets

Who we’re looking for

- Graduate in any stream
- Good written English. You’ll be writing emails every day, so this matters.
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and email
- Organised, calm under pressure,



and able to remember what you were told on Tuesday
- Discreet. You’ll see confidential information, and it stays with you.
- Okay with working in a busy office where priorities change mid-day

Valuable to have (not required)

- Prior experience as an EA, admin assistant, or front-office coordinator
- Exposure to the textile, garment, or export industry

What we offer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
