Job Description (JD) – Dutch Language Expert

Profile: Technical Support / Sales Executive
Language Requirement: Dutch Fluency (B2/C1/C2 preferred)
Process: Netherlands & Belgium – Dutch-Speaking Customers

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries from Dutch-speaking customers in the Netherlands and Belgium via calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and other technical issues.
- Explain products and services and assist customers with technical queries.
- Identify sales opportunities, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records, call details, and updates in the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory (B2/C1/C2, as required by the process).
- Good communication skills in Dutch; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Experience in international voice processes, technical support, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong Dutch language proficiency may apply, subject to client requirements.




- Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with Netherlands and Belgium business hours.

Skills Required

- Excellent Dutch speaking, reading, and comprehension skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge for technical support roles.
- Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills for sales roles.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international customers.
