- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive sales of overseas work visa and immigration services.
- Convert leads into clients through effective counselling, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, conversion rates, and pending payment
- Ensure proper understanding of work visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and service charges.
- Guide the sales team on client requirements for different countries and work visa categories.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
