Vythiri Park is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information, handling enquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner.

* Assist guests with enquiries, information, and directions.

* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

* Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Provide information about park activities, facilities, and services.

* Support guest check-in, ticketing, and reservation activities when required.

* Collect guest feedback and assist in improving service quality.

* Maintain professional communication with guests.





* Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.

Requirements:

* Plustwo or Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.

* Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Pleasant personality and a customer-oriented attitude.

* Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
