Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to lead, design, and oversee infrastructure and construction projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will manage project lifecycles, mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects including site development, structural elements, grading, drainage, utilities, and transportation systems.
- Design & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive engineering designs, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and address any technical challenges or safety issues in office.




- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, municipal authorities, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required (or the ability to obtain reciprocity).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
