- MBA is an added advantage and highly preferred
- Applicants with any bachelor’s degree and solid experience in construction or building material sales may also be considered
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries
- Experience in PEB(Pre Engineering Building Works) will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing and business development initiatives in alignment with the company’s growth objectives and milestones
- Expand business operations within the assigned zone and secure project orders
- Participate in hiring and training Sales Engineers; manage their deployment, track performance, and ensure target achievement
- Build and maintain client relationships to secure projects, and ensure prompt payment collection
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
