We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery & Pastry Chef who can maintain exceptional quality, authentic taste, and consistency in every product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Middle Eastern Desserts

- Prepare authentic Baklava with different fillings, including pistachio, walnut, and other nuts.
- Prepare various types of Kunafa,



including Cheese Kunafa, Cream Kunafa, and Pistachio Kunafa.
- Ensure proper preparation of sugar syrups, fillings, pastry layers, and baking techniques.
- Maintain authentic Middle Eastern taste, texture, and presentation.

2. Cheesecakes & Pastries

- Prepare baked and no-bake cheesecakes.
- Specialize in New York Cheesecake, Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, Chocolate Cheesecake, and other varieties.
- Develop innovative cheesecake flavours and premium dessert combinations.
