About Career Ready India

Career Ready India is a nationwide initiative focused on bringing structured career guidance, psychometric assessments, career education, and counselling to students from Grades 8 to 12.

We work directly with schools, principals, and educators to implement our programmes and help students make informed education and career decisions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who can build and maintain strong relationships with school principals and management teams.

The role involves managing schools that have already joined Career Ready India, ensuring smooth programme implementation, and developing relationships with new schools and principals to expand our network.

This is a relationship-driven role combining school engagement, programme coordination, and network development.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Relationship Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for partnered schools and principals.

* Maintain regular communication with school leadership and coordinators.

* Build long-term relationships and ensure continued school participation.

* Address school queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

2. Programme Implementation & Coordination

* Coordinate onboarding and activation of schools after enrolment.

* Schedule and manage psychometric assessments, student registrations, and offline group career counselling sessions.

* Coordinate the implementation of Career Ready India platform features and other programme deliverables.

* Work with counsellors, trainers, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.





* Track programme progress, school participation, and pending activities.

3. New School & Principal Engagement

* Connect with principals and schools that have expressed interest in Career Ready India.

* Develop relationships with recent schools and introduce them to the initiative.

* Follow up with principals after meetings, events, and school interactions.

* Support the onboarding of additional schools into the Career Ready India network.

4. Reporting & Follow-Ups

* Maintain accurate records of school interactions and programme implementation.

* Track school engagement, scheduled activities, and completion status.

* Provide regular updates to the management team.

* Identify opportunities to improve school participation and engagement.

Who We're Looking For

* 0–2 years of experience in relationship management, school engagement, education partnerships, account management, or programme coordination.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable interacting with school principals, directors, and senior educators.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple school relationships simultaneously.

* Proactive, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups.

* Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and digital platforms.

* Prior experience working with schools or the education sector will be an advantage.
