About the Role
Growth Leaders Consulting, a Noida-based digital marketing agency, is looking for a agile and self-motivated Business Development Intern to help identify new business opportunities and generate leads, primarily from small and medium-sized businesses across the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse the local market to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through email outreach and telecalling.
- Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses across Delhi NCR.
- Understand prospective clients digital marketing needs and introduce relevant GLC services.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the team to achieve business development and lead-generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet research, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Confident and comfortable with telecalling and prospect outreach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Candidates based in Delhi or Noida will be preferred.
