- 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or online bidding.
- Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and international client acquisition.
- Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, proposal writing, and negotiation.
- Good understanding of web and mobile development services.
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business and achieve revenue targets.
