Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a forward-thinking Procurement Associate to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing cycles, and precise invoicing.

- Manage critical day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger entries.
- Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
- Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High-level proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and ERP systems.
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).




- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Extensive background in corporate finance, accounting principles, or compliance.
