We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an on-site RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) workplace, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,
pipeline reports, and hiring metrics.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Work effectively in a client-facing, on-site RPO environment while meeting recruitment targets and SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prior experience working in an on-site recruitment or RPO project environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
