• Developing, configuring, and improving Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in close collaboration with users, product owners, and stakeholders
• Translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions that balance short-term delivery with long-term maintainability
• Strengthening integrations, data structures, automation, and reporting across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Exploring practical AI opportunities, including Dynamics 365 Copilot and automation, to improve customer insights, data quality, and user productivity
• Contributing to standards, best practices, documentation, and a sustainable technical foundation for future CRM development Requirements
• Dynamics CE experience, preferably Marketing and/or Sales, 2+ years
• Experience with aspects of Power Apps (Canvas/model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
• Relational databases and structures
• Cloud-native solutions, preferably in Azure Restful APIs
• Direct communication with users and stakeholders
• Agile product teams and team-oriented delivery
• Practical understanding of how AI, automation, and Dynamics 365 Copilot can be applied in CRM to improve data quality, customer insights, and user productivity
