• Execute day-to-day FEMA / Trade Finance activities, including EDPMS and IDPMS-related monitoring and closure activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing in line with applicable FEMA and RBI guidelines.
• Perform reconciliations, ageing reviews and follow-up of open items.
• Coordinate with Banks, Business, Finance, EXIM and other stakeholders for timely closure of operational topics.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers and compliance records.
• Support reporting, audits, process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Work effectively with SAP, MS Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
• Escalate exceptions and critical open items in a timely manner. Your success is grounded in:
• Graduate from Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2years–3 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, FEMA, Trade Finance,



EXIM or Banking Operations.
• Basic understanding of FEMA regulations and latest RBI guidelines.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
